Snapchat launches AI chatbot powered by OpenAI's GPT

Snapchat is launching an AI chatbot, My AI, running the latest version of OpenAI's GPT technology that has been customised for the platform. The chatbot can recommend birthday gift ideas and plan a hiking trip, among other things. "While My AI is designed to avoid biased, incorrect, harmful, or misleading information, mistakes may occur," Snapchat said.
