A consumer court in Punjab fined e-commerce firm Snapdeal ₹10,000 and directed it to sell an iPhone 5s 16GB model at ₹68 to Nikhil Bansal, a student. Bansal spotted the heavy discount for the phone on Snapdeal on February 12. He filed the complaint after he was refused delivery of the phone citing that the deal was a technical error.
