Snapdeal, Infibeam agree to call off Unicommerce deal

Ahmedabad-based e-commerce conglomerate Infibeam and online e-commerce firm Snapdeal have mutually agreed to call off the Unicommerce deal. Infibeam had announced it had acquired 100% stake in the Snapdeal-owned warehouse management platform in May. "The SPA has been terminated as the conditions precedent were not fulfilled within the stipulated time period," regulatory filings from Infibeam read.
