Snapdeal's IPO papers reveal salaries of co-founders, other officials

Snapdeal's draft IPO papers revealed that Co-founders Kunal Bahl and Rohit Bansal, who were appointed as Executive Directors this year, will receive ₹5 crore salary each in 2021-22. Both of them earned ₹3.5 crore in 2020-21, while CFO Vikas Bhasin received ₹3.1-crore compensation. Each independent director earns ₹1,00,000 sitting fee per meeting and will earn ₹24 lakh annually till 2024.
