Snoop Dogg's VC firm leads $9.5M investment in US sleep solutions startup

Casa Verde Capital, a cannabis-focussed venture capital firm founded by artist Snoop Dogg, is leading a $9.5 million investment round in US-based sleep solutions startup Proper. The startup offers a combination of sleep coaching and supplements as a "holistic" sleep health solution. Proper's Co-founder Nancy Ramamurthi said it would later explore applications for cannabinoids in its supplements.
