Social imbalance, people with criminal antecedents: Sushil Modi on Bihar Cabinet

Following Bihar Cabinet expansion, Ex-Bihar Deputy CM and BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi on Tuesday said the new Cabinet reflects social imbalance and it has faces with criminal antecedents.
