Actress Kate Winslet said social media firms should be made to enforce age limits to help tackle their impact on children's mental health. "Young children are having phones at a much earlier age [and] are...accessing things that emotionally they're just not equipped...enough to know how to process," Winslet said. There should be "more protection and accountability", she added.
