Society Pass stock triples in 2025 on AI and ad pivot

Society Pass shares have more than tripled in 2025 as the Southeast Asia-focused e-commerce firm pivots toward AI-driven acquisitions and digital advertising. Its Thoughtful Media unit launched TMG Social, a live commerce ad platform in Thailand, while the company also announced a $3-million stock offering to support growth across its multi-vertical digital ecosystem.
