Softbank, Nvidia in talks for major Skild AI investment

SoftBank, Nvidia are in advanced talks to join a fundraising round exceeding $1 billion for Skild AI, which would value the robotics software developer at about $14 billion. That a sharp rise from its $4.7 billion valuation earlier this year. Founded by former Meta AI researchers, Skild aims to build universal intelligence software capable of powering many types of robots.
