Software unicorn startup Freshworks appoints Tyler Sloat as CFO

Software unicorn startup Freshworks has appointed Tyler Sloat as its CFO as it prepares to go public in coming quarters. Sloat was previously the CFO at California-based software firm Zuora for ten years and has held executive roles at firms including Obopay and Siebel Systems. Freshworks was launched from Chennai and is valued at $3.5 billion, according to CB Insights.
