Solar Industries bags order of ₹239 crore from Ministry of Defence

Solar Industries, through its wholly owned subsidiary Solar Defence and Aerospace Ltd, has secured a significant contract with the Ministry of Defence. The contract, valued at ₹239 crore, involves the supply of multi-mode hand grenades, with deliveries scheduled over the next year. The company has a market cap of over ₹80,000 crore and the order book stands at ₹7,122 crore.
