Solarium Green Energy's ₹105-crore SME IPO to open on February 6

Turnkey solutions provider Solarium Green Energy is set to launch its SME initial public offering (IPO) on February 6, 2025, aiming to raise ₹105.04 crore. The maiden issue will comprise of 54,99,600 shares, each with a face value of ₹10, and have a price range of ₹181-₹191 per share. The lot size for the IPO is 600 equity shares.
