Soldier attacked by family over property dispute in Punjab

An soldier, Wazir Singh, was allegedly attacked by his mother, brother and other relatives over a property dispute in Punjab's Gurdaspur. He sustained injuries and was hospitalised. His wife alleged that his brothers had encroached upon their agricultural land. Police have registered an FIR and launched an investigation, but no arrests have been made so far.
