Somalia excludes UAE while condemning Iranian strikes on Gulf nations

Amid Iranian strikes on the Gulf nations, the Somali government affirmed its full support for Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Jordan, Bahrain, and Oman. Somalia, however, excluded UAE from the list of Gulf nations it supports. Somalia and UAE relations remain strained after UAE's alleged facilitation of Israel's recognition of the breakaway region of Somaliland.
