Someone has screwed up big time: Ex-RAW chief Dulat on India-Canada tensions

Ex-RAW chief AS Dulat, who was part of government team managing IC 814's 1999 hijacking, said India-Canada tensions over attacks on Khalistani separatists have risen as "someone has screwed up big time". On who could've muddied the situation, Dulat said there's been a "goof-up". Tensions wouldn't affect India-US intelligence sharing as it would be saved at "diplomatic level", he added.
