Russia said on Monday that someone "has to make" Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy want peace. Criticising European leaders' pledges to increase funding to Ukraine, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said, "This clearly does not relate to a peace plan." He also accused Zelenskyy of showing "complete lack of diplomatic abilities" during his spat with US President Donald Trump at White House.
