Sonam Wangchuk loses 6 kg in 8 days as he fasts at CJP protest

Climate activist Sonam Wangchuk has lost around 6 kg on the eighth day of his indefinite hunger strike, while the Cockroach Janta Party's (CJP) protest at Jantar Mantar entered its 16th day. The CJP continues to demand Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation over alleged paper irregularities and leaks. Wangchuk's blood pressure was recorded at 112/70 mm Hg while lying-down.
