Sonam Wangchuk releases note stating when he will end his fast

Ahead of the Parliament march, Sonam Wangchuk shared a note mentioning three conditions to end his fast. The conditions include government taking "accountability of the recent failures in education system". Or if the CJP leadership reaches Parliament's doorsteps and gets assurance from MPs to take up the issue. Or if political leaders visit him in hospital and assure the above.
