Samir Dhir, who has led Sonata Software as CEO since April 2022, will step down effective May 8, with Chief Delivery Officer Rajsekhar Datta Roy set to take over for a three-year term. Roy will become the company’s fourth CEO after Sanjay Viswanathan, P Reddy and Dhir. Sonata reported $1.2 billion in revenue last year, marking a 15.46% year-on-year growth.
