Sonu apologises 1 yr after Kannada song row, says 'I can say sorry 1,000 times'

Sonu Nigam apologised for comparing a demand for Kannada songs to the Pahalgam terror attack during an April 2025 concert. "When you love someone...you don't mind saying sorry 1000 times...If anything I've said inadvertently that has hurt you, I'm sorry for it," said Sonu. Following the apology, Karnataka Rakshana Vedike (KRV) called off protests against Sonu's October 24 Bengaluru concert.
