Sonu Nigam sells BKC office for ₹18 cr after buying it for ₹14 cr in 2023

Singer Sonu Nigam has sold a 3,082 sq ft commercial space in Mumbai's Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) for ₹18 crore. He had bought the property for ₹14.30 crore in November 2023. In the same building, singer Kailash Kher sold his office for ₹10.75 crore after buying it for ₹10.50 crore in November 2025. Nigam's transaction involved ₹1.08 crore stamp duty.
