Sorry, I just stabbed my friend: Man stopped for riding helmetless

After Traffic Police in Karnataka's Chikkaballapura asked a man to furnish his licence for riding a bike without wearing helmet, he took out a blood-soaked knife from pocket and said he had stabbed his friend. "I'm sorry sir...I was on my way to...police station to surrender," the man added. He had allegedly attacked his business partner for not returning money.
