South Africa completed a 5-0 clean sweep over Sri Lanka after winning the last ODI by 41 runs via the DLS method after one of the floodlight towers stopped working. This was Sri Lanka's fourth whitewash defeat in a five-match series in two years. South African wicketkeeper-batsman Quinton de Kock was named the Player of the Tournament.
