South Korea, US warn businesses of growing Gunra ransomware threat

South Korean authorities have warned businesses and public institutions to strengthen their cyber defences as the Gunra ransomware group targets more organisations. South Korea's police, along with US agencies FBI and NSA, issued an advisory on the group's methods and signs of attacks. Gunra emerged in 2025 and has since become a ransomware-as-a-service operation.
