South Korea expresses regret over drone incursion into North Korea

South Korean President Lee Jae Myung has expressed regret to North Korea over a drone incursion into the latter's territory. The incursion was caused by an intelligence service employee and an active-duty military official without government approval, an investigation found. North Korea in January said that it had shot down several drones from South Korea that had violated its airspace.
