South Korea summons Russian envoy over North Korea troop dispatch

South Korea has criticised North Korea's decision to send thousands of soldiers to support Moscow's ongoing war in Ukraine, the Foreign Ministry said. The ministry has also summoned the Russian ambassador to Seoul, protesting over the same. North Korea has reportedly sent 1,500 soldiers to support Russia in the Ukraine conflict, with up to 12,000 expected to follow.
