South Korean AI chip makers Rebellions and Sapeon finalise merger

Rebellions and Sapeon Korea, two South Korean AI chip manufacturers, have agreed to combine and challenge world leaders, including Nvidia. While Rebellions recently secured $15 million from Saudi Aramco's venture arm, bringing its total funding to over $225 million, Sapeon's investors consist of SK Telecom and SK Hynix.
