South Korean court reinstates PM Han Duck-soo as acting president

South Korea's constitutional court dismissed the impeachment of PM Han Duck-soo, reinstating him as the acting president of the country. According to a court statement, five of the eight justices said there were not enough grounds to impeach Han as he didn't violate the law. Han was impeached in December 2024 after the impeachment of former President Yoon Suk Yeol.
