'South Park' banned in China over 'Band in China' episode

China has banned American animated series 'South Park' in response to the episode 'Band in China' that criticised the country. The episode critiqued China's restrictions on free speech as well as Hollywood's efforts to shape its content in accordance with Chinese censorship laws. It also made a reference to China's detention of Uighur Muslims and the character 'Winnie the Pooh'.
