Southeast B'luru will be equipped to handle rains better: Minister

Karnataka IT Minister CN Ashwathnarayan on Thursday assured technology companies that by next monsoon southeast Bengaluru will be better equipped to handle severe rain. Southeast Bengaluru, which is home to several technology companies, was flooded in parts after heavy rains over the weekend. Ashwathnarayan said the government will examine implementing the ‘Elcita’ model to handle heavy rains.
