SP cancels tie-up with I-PAC for 2027 UP polls after TMC loses WB

Akhilesh Yadav-led Samajwadi Party has called off a tie-up with political consultancy firm I-PAC after its clients TMC and DMK lost in Assembly elections, IE reported. The deal for the 2027 UP elections was also jeopardised by I-PAC director Vinesh Chandel's arrest in an alleged coal scam. "The loss of TMC and DMK...has seemingly left SP jittery," a source said.
