SP leader who sent 'Complete woman, will make you IAS officer' text to bank employee arrested

Samajwadi Party (SP) leader Rajan Rizvi has been arrested in Uttar Pradesh’s Aligarh for allegedly stalking a female bank employee and sending her objectionable WhatsApp messages. Rizvi reportedly wrote, "You are a complete woman," and offered to make her an IAS officer if SP formed the government. He had earlier been removed as state secretary of SP’s minority cell.
