SP MP Iqra Hasan placed under house arrest as admin demolishes illegal mosque in UP

Samajwadi Party MP Iqra Hasan was placed under house arrest at her Kairana residence before she could visit Saharanpur. Hasan said police were deployed outside her home overnight and stopped her from meeting officials. The development comes as an alleged illegal mosque inside the District Magistrate's office complex in UP's Saharanpur was demolished following district court order on September 4.
