SpaceX, NVIDIA design space-optimised AI supercomputer for launch next year

SpaceX CEO Elon Musk announced that the company has designed a space-optimised AI system for launch to orbit in the fourth quarter of next year. The Vera Rubin NVL72 is an advanced rack-scale AI supercomputer that integrates 72 Rubin GPUs and 36 Vera CPUs. "Our design is significantly simpler, lower cost, denser and lighter than a traditional rack," said Musk.
