SpaceX, OpenAI, Anthropic worth more than all US tech IPOs since 1980

SpaceX, Anthropic and OpenAI are together worth over $5 trillion, higher than the $4.1 trillion value of all 3,365 US tech companies that went public between 1980 and 2025. Anthropic could be valued at $2 trillion in its planned IPO. SpaceX was valued at $2 trillion after its June IPO, while OpenAI is considering a $1.2 trillion funding round.
