SpaceX Falcon Heavy rocket to carry Musk's Roadster to Mars

Billionaire Elon Musk has revealed that SpaceX's Falcon Heavy rocket will carry his 'midnight cherry' coloured Tesla Roadster car to Mars orbit during its maiden launch in January 2018. The car will "be in deep space for a billion years or so if it doesn't blow up on ascent," Musk tweeted. The launch is guaranteed to be exciting, Musk added.
