SpaceX sends 27 satellites to orbit on 100th Falcon launch of 2026

SpaceX launched its 99th Falcon 9 rocket carrying 27 Starlink internet satellites into space on Saturday, marking the 100th Falcon launch of 2026. SpaceX's highest number of Falcon rocket launches in a single year is 165, the record being set in 2025. Out of the 99 Falcon 9 launches this year, 76 of those were dedicated to Starlink satellite launches.
