SpaceX to become major US mobile carrier via Starlink

SpaceX announced an agreement to acquire nationwide 800 MHz low-band spectrum licences and plans to deploy 15,000 next-gen satellites. The FCC approved its Gen2 constellation, with V2 satellites offering 100x more bandwidth. SpaceX aims to provide mobile connectivity indoors, outdoors, and in remote areas across the US.
