SpaceX to buy AI coding startup Cursor for $60 billion

SpaceX has formally agreed to buy AI coding startup Cursor in a $60 billion stock deal. In April, the Elon Musk-led space venture said it had secured the option to acquire Cursor or pay $10 billion if the deal fell through. The latest announcement comes days after SpaceX's IPO, which made it the world's sixth-largest company.
