Spain must be careful on deepening ties with China: US Ambassador

Spain must be very careful in deepening its relationship with China and keep it out of critical sectors, US Ambassador to Spain, Benjamin Leon said on Wednesday. "China seeks to dominate critical technologies. It uses unfair trade practices and economic coercion to expand its strategic influence," he added. Leon further said China's trade practices "pose real risks to our security".
