Spain's Ceuta declares 'emergency' after hundreds of migrants gather near coast

Hundreds of African migrants, mostly from Morocco, swam and entered Spain's autonomous territory on the North African coast, Ceuta, Spanish authorities said. "We're in a situation of total humanitarian and social emergency," Ceuta's President said. This comes following the Spanish SC's ruling that said migrants arriving by sea cannot be immediately pushed back across the border, unlike by land.
