SPARC wins ₹27.51 crore CENVAT refund case at CESTAT

Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company (SPARC) won a ₹27.51 crore CENVAT credit refund case at CESTAT, Mumbai. The tribunal upheld a 2018 order in SPARC's favour and dismissed the Revenue's appeal. The refund includes consequential interest where applicable. SPARC had disclosed the litigation in August 2023.
