Special needs children sell handmade Diwali gifts at Amritsar exhibition

Children with special needs from Pahal Government Resource Centre, Amritsar, are showcasing handcrafted Diwali products at a three-day exhibition at the District Administrative Complex from November 4–6. Relaunched after four years, the vocational project is run with Craftizen Foundation. Five students, including hearing-impaired and cerebral palsy children, earned ₹8,300 on day one.
