Speculations about ending liquor ban in Bihar intensify as BJP's Samrat Choudhary becomes CM

After BJP's Samrat Choudhary became Bihar CM, ending a long rule of Nitish Kumar, speculations about whether Bihar will end liquor ban intensified.
