Spent last 10 yrs in a jail: IAS topper Shah Faesal on his tenure

In his first public meeting in Jammu and Kashmir after quitting the services, 2009 IAS topper Shah Faesal on Monday said, "To tell you honestly, I spent the last 10 years in a jail." He asserted that despite being a senior government officer, he used to feel helpless seeing "atrocities and injustices". Faesal resigned last month to protest Kashmir killings.
