Spice Mobiles has announced the launch of its first 4G LTE smartphone - Stellar 519 in India at a price of Rs 8,499. The Spice Stellar 519 has a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, 5 inch screen, 8 MP rear and 3.2 MP front camera. It runs on Android 4.4.4 KitKat OS and has 8 GB ROM and 1GB RAM.
