SpiceJet becomes 1st Indian budget airline to operate flights to US

SpiceJet has been designated as the Indian Scheduled carrier for flight services to the US, becoming the sole private Indian carrier to operate services to the country. SpiceJet didn't specify when the services are going to begin adding that it will start looking for wide-body aircraft now. Only Air India and Vistara have wide-body aircraft in their fleet in India.
