SpiceJet CEO, COO summoned by Delhi HC over dues to lessors

The Delhi High Court has summoned the CEO and COO of SpiceJet over non-payment of dues to its engine lessors Team France and Sunbird France. The lessors filed a case after SpiceJet failed to comply with an earlier court order directing it to pay $603,871. Both positions of CEO and COO are currently lying vacant at SpiceJet, CNBC-TV18 reported.
