SpiceJet MD, EaseMyTrip CEO plan to buy Go First for ₹1,600 cr: Report

SpiceJet MD Ajay Singh and EaseMyTrip CEO Nishant Pitti's Busy Bee Airways have proposed to buy Go First for ₹1,600 crore, CNBC-TV18 reported. They are offering ₹1,000 crore to buy Go First, along with the collateral and corporate guarantee, while ₹600 crore will be invested to restart operations. UAE-based Sky One has also submitted a bid for Go First.
