SpiceJet repaid ₹15 cr out of ₹100 cr loan amount to City Union Bank

SpiceJet paid ₹15 crore out of the ₹100 crore loaned to it by Tamil Nadu-based City Union Bank (CUB), said N Kamakodi, MD and CEO, CUB. SpiceJet provided a monthly schedule till June 2023 and has been making payments in accordance with it, he added. Earlier this year, the airline had pledged two crore shares with CUB as collateral.
